I went to a five hour session yesterday in Seattle led by Hazel Grace Dircksen, founder of Socialbees on Advanced Facebook Optimization. Socialbees is a Facebook-approved provider of social ads and business pages on FB. As my background is in sales effectiveness, not marketing, social media, or graphic design - I am fascinated at how FB is creating some great opportunities for businesses to gain visibility through smart, well-put together FB fan pages.
As a light-use FB user, I have had (and still working on) a steep learning curve. Let me say that Hazel of Socialbees is amazing. She gave out so many ideas and resources in this session that attendees all left with a smile on their face and more confidence to build their brand on FB.
