End of Week Sales Wrap-Up – How Did You Do?

It is always good to take time on Friday (or whenever your end-of-week is, and review your sales activity.

Did I create actual billable or booked revenue? (did I sell stuff?)

How much?

What was my goal?

What was the shortfall or overage attributable to?

What activities did I do that will lead to revenue later this month?

Next month?

In 90 days?

This conversation needs to happen on a regular basis. Use the first of each week to set those activity goals - end of week to review and be ready for the next week.
