Become a Master of Change
Earn Their Trust
Give Feedback
Build Enthusiasm
Get Involved
Grow & Develop Your Team
Lead People to Never Ending Improvement
These are all great qualities - although of all the sales managers I've had (about 16 over the last 23 years) I can think of only two or three who had the above in large quantity. So typical for organizations to just promote the "top salesguy" or gal - with no consideration for their style, approach, background, or communication skills. What's your experience?
