Think Like A CEO for Larger Selling Opportunities

Excellent advice to think more "big picture" or long term and strategically. It ties into the idea that you need a vision and mission for your business or for your efforts. Having a clear overarching vision will help you decide what to work on, what opportunities make sense, and will help with focus.
