The Power of What You Say

When it comes to selling, it amazes me that there really are only three factors that influence selling -
1. What you say (basically your value prop)
2. How you say it
3. How often you say it

Now you can work on each of these three factors -

1. What you say: hone what it is that you say about what you do or what you offer. Tell others, get input. Start an R&D team with your prospective and current customers to see if your offer is valuable to THEM.
