I enjoyed reading more about little voices (L.V.s for short) in a recent Monster Sales email, by Monster contributing writer Chris Lytle. Chris writes:

Have you ever had one of those days? I'm talking about one of those days when you wake up full of optimism. One of those days that seems to offer unlimited opportunity.

Until something happens. Maybe it's a cancellation. Maybe it's a client who keeps you waiting just a little bit too long. Perhaps it's a manager who just looks at you funny or says something that rubs you the wrong way. It's a day when you start out in the morning loving your job and end up in the evening fuming and updating your resume. (cont'd....)
