What better to post on Election Day than a yoga pose?
This from the book Office Yoga by Darrin Zeer:
Close The Deal Warrior Pose
Raise your arms to the side with fingers pointed.
Take a big step to the side, with your right foot turned out and knee bent.
Keep your left foot planted, your leg straight.
Your upper body should be straight and strong, shoulders relaxed.
Don't hold your breath! Relax into the stretch and then gently release.
Return to a standing position, switch sides, and repeat.
Make haste slowly. -- Zen master
