Goal Setting Study

I read a survey conducted by the Gail Caspar Consulting Group which confirms what we know about adults, behavioral change, wanting to grow, and reality. The survey reports, among other things:

  • 99% of respondents felt they were capable of accomplishing more in their lives.
  • The top 3 reasons [respondants] identified [in not reaching their goals] were as follows:

    Procrastinating 33%
    Lack of discipline 24%
    No game plan 19%

This offers proof of the value for those who help individuals plan, who inspire others, and who can help with follow through. With that said, do you have a game plan, and people around you to help hold you accountable in your life? What is stopping you?
