I made a major goof when I sent an email to a pre-existing Outlook e-mail distribution list recently. I hadn't used it for a while, and it turns out that it was out-of-date, so what I did was sent an email out to someone who shouldn't have received it in the first place. It wasn't secret, just inappropriate.
Note to self (and others) - update my lists so that I don't do this again!
Using "asset-based" thinking, I did send a follow up specific to that person, and had a pleasant conversation when I normally probably wouldn't have - so all worked out this time.
