Make 10 Contacts Today

That's right - simple advice - that could go a long way.

Make 10 phone calls today to prospective customers, or old customers you've wondered about - or existing customers you don't talk with often.

To the old customers - tell them the truth - "I've been thinking about you and wondering how everything is going?" - assuming you have been. Ask them what your company can do to support them. Ask them whether they felt served by you before. Just have a conversation.

Get it done early. Who knows - you might want to do this three times a week - or - every business day. Post your comments on how it goes.
