Jill Konrath's Sales Predictions for 2010

By Lori Richardson Jan 29, 2010, 4:08:41 AM

Call me a little "slow" - but I just saw this post of sales guru Jill Konrath's from December. I find it extremely valuable - including many of the comments, so would like to share it for those who, like me, have not seen it (I'm hoping I'm not the only one) You comments are welcome - and I'd like to know what you think the trends for sales professionals are turning out to be for this year.

I would like to add that I'm seeing more sellers re-tooling with improved webinars and tele-seminars as travel is more difficult and more costly; they are looking into those social media tools that are helpful and especially the web tools that offer an automated means of initial prospecting and alerting about prospect information.

What do you see?
