The role models have been here all along

Women remain underrepresented in B2B sales and sales leadership in nearly every sector. Yet the role models we look for have been here the whole time. You may not have heard of them, or you have heard of them and never met them. We want to introduce you.

Our honorees built some of the most successful careers in sales, leadership and the C-suite, starting in the 1980s. Some are still leading today. Others have stepped away or passed on, and their stories risk going untold to the next generation.

The Sales Decades Project was created to change that. Through video interviews and this live event, we are recording their legacies and connecting the legends of the past with the leaders of tomorrow.
