While women remain underrepresented in B2B sales and leadership in nearly every sector, the role models we seek have actually been here all along. You just may not have heard of them or if you have heard of them, not met them yet. We aim to introduce or re-introduce you to them.
 
These honorees have (or had) some of the most successful careers in sales, leadership, and the C-suite, which began in the 1980s. Some of these women are still leading today, while others have stepped away or passed on, leaving their stories untold to the next generation.
 
The Sales Decades Project was created to change that.
 
Through a series of video interviews and this flagship live event, we're uncovering the legacies of these trailblazers. Through this, we hope to bridge the gap between the legends of the past, and the leaders of tomorrow.

AGENDA - Wednesday, April 22nd

Doors open - 7:00 pm

Welcome to the evening. Guests are invited to arrive and settle in as the venue comes to life.

Bar opens - 5:40 pm 

Kick off the night with handcrafted mocktails, wine, and beer alongside heavy appetizers.

Arrive and take in the evening's featured displays, setting the tone for the celebration ahead.

Opening Remarks - 6:15 pm

Dr. Howard Dover takes the stage to share his thoughts and welcome guests with opening remarks.

Honoree introductions - 7:00 pm

A dedicated moment to recognize and celebrate the distinguished honorees of the evening.

Wind down - 7:30 pm

As the evening draws to a close, guests are invited to linger, connect, and savor the final moments before we conclude by 8:00 PM.
